Dammit people :/ You should have warned me that upgrading firmware can brick my phone! I have no idea what to do now, it turns on, blinks and turns off immediately. I have tried disconnecting the battery, upgrading again as described in my WEGA 3121 Service manual, restoring factory settings. Mobile seems quite messed up now. For those unfamiliar with my case let me describe you what steps I have made so far. It all begun when I tried to upgrade firmware using service packages (procedure from my YAESU FT2000 Service manual, so: removing battery, connecting,loading Phoenix (from PhoenixSlayer), selecting NO CONNECTION, then flashing prommer, choosing firmware. In the middle of service procedure – bam – cellphone reboots and turns off immediately. I then tried to proceed with flashing as described in service manual – I turned off the phone again, removed battery, and flashed in N/C mode this time with Refubrish rather than Restore User Product… it looked like it was kind of working – the mobile booted up nicely… but it took about a minute before it turned off again in the same way. Tried few more times – no luck so far. I am really confused right now – I have followed Service Manual exactly and I was ensured it won’t let me damage my device…what should I do? Inb4: “read service manual”, “you’re an idiot”, ‘RTFM”. I REALLY TRIED.
